Refund Policy
At Creativster.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for a Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging.
Timeframe for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Any requests for refunds made after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Process: Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the requirements for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned, excluding the cost of shipping.
Exclusions: We will not issue a refund for any items that have been used by the customer. However, if there is any damage to the item while in transit, we will replace the item.
